Kavya Kishor International is a global creative platform and the home of the International Creatives Commons. It is also the publisher of Luminance, a publication dedicated to featuring outstanding creators from around the world.
Founded in Bangladesh in 2020 by Parvej Husen Talukder, the organization brings together a diverse network of artists, writers, and creatives, fostering collaboration and international cultural exchange.
Michael Hislop serves as Chief Adviser, while Parvej Husen Talukder leads as Chief Executive Editor.
The organization is supported by a dedicated international team across various departments. The Literature Desk is led by Umutay Ehralieva, while Vincent Thomas Hislop oversees the Art and Music Desk. The Poetry Desk is guided by Michael Hislop.
Technical and media operations are managed by Zoran Nachev, responsible for video, images, and technical work, alongside Krystun Letchworth, who serves as Webmaster.
The Services Desk includes Toni Reding, Elle Duplay, and Linda Edwards, while communications are handled by Oseni and Oyinkansola Alausa.
