Today is Happy Birthday of Bangladeshi Actor, Writer and The Chief Advisor of Kavya Kishor, ABM Sohail Rashid. He is the son of martyred intellectual ABM Abdur Rahim ( who sacrificed himself on the altar of victory in the great liberation war )and mother craftsman Mrs. Jharna Rahim. Although born on 23 December 1965 in the maternity hospital of Azimpur, Dhaka, his ancestral home is the traditional Mollabari of Ghatiara village in Vasudev Union of Brahmanbaria district. Apart from writing, he has also done drama directing, documentary filmmaking, presenting and writing the film magazine event ‘Jhilmil’ on Bangladesh Television. Acted in more than four hundred and fifty movies Among them, the struggle of seventy-one years, wrong if, Badhu Tumi Kaar, Desha, Chachchu, Musabhai etc. are notable. Several books of his single poems have already been published.
