There will always be that question in my memory
Since I’ve known myself, I’ve never been a criminal.
Until the story came, it changed me
When I saw an infant in the bank today
I did that spiritual transfer
I remembered that time I was a victim
Of which I experienced the Indescribable, intolerable
I keep questioning inside myself
Why am I guilty?
Was I guilty because I couldn’t defend myself?
Was I guilty because I am a maternal heritage?
Was I guilty because I never had a father figure?
Yes, I had that unfortunate experience of being sexually harassed.
Yes, I have been silent, yes, I have kept the secret
Why am I guilty?
Was I guilty because I didn’t stop that repulsive action?
Was I guilty because I couldn’t defend myself?
Was I guilty because I looked physically the same as my mother?
Why am I guilty?
There will be people who have seen and experienced the same thing as you.
And, so as not to be mocked or confess what happened, silence!
Why do I feel guilty about a scene I never caused?
Why am I guilty?
Those who are victims know what that derogatory, indescribable, irremediable experience was like.
