In the presence of the Chairman of Derai Upazila Parishad and many respective guests, Meritorious students of two high schools of the union were felicitated in the ceremony. The felicitated are Parvej Husen Talukder, Md. Sohan Mia, Masud Mia, Uthdipta Kanti Das, Diganta Talukder, Shatabdi Rani Das, Adnan Badsha, Mizanur Rahman, Nahid Hasan and Talimul Hoque from Gochia S S High School.
